Danny T started mowing yards at 8 years old (yes... a LONG time ago) and then threw newspapers every day from age 11 until he was able to get a "real" job at McDonalds at age 15. By the time he graduated highschool, he has already started his first company, Thompson Custom Construction. From those days until now, Danny T has remodeled homes and businesses; invested in real estate and flipped many rehab properties; and sold a few thousand homes as a top performing real estate professional in San Antonio, Texas. From there, Danny joined Keller Williams Realty Inc in Austin and worked directly for Gary Keller for a number of years, driving profit for multiple departments, as well as coaching under the great coaching program, MAPS with Dianna Kokoszka. After launching a national non-profit educational organization for Gary, Danny T went back to San Antonio to launch an insurance agency. Not one to be average, quickly the agency grew to become the top performing agency in the Goosehead Insurance Agency channel, and Danny T was able to focus his efforst in training and coaching insurance agents to be the best.
With all of the experiences Danny T enjoyed a long the way, his passions are focused on helping others achieve more, and be more. Working with so many realtors and business owners, Danny saw how mindset was a major factor in whether people succeeded or not, and so he wrote the book, SEEING SUCCESS: A Formula to Absolutely Get What You Really, Really, REALLY Want! This book provides tactics and strategies to help the readers set and reach big goals, and contain the content the drives the way he coaches. His wife, Kat Thompson has been trained in Nuero Linguistic Programming and is a professional Transformational coach.
